1.This laser equipment is a six axis mechanism - two machines are combined shoulder to shoulder as one machine, achieving the function of dispensing solder paste on one side and laser soldering on the other side;
2.The automatic solder paste dispensing system controls the solder paste dispensing through the Musashi precision dispensing controller, which can accurately control the amount of tin supplied;
3.The laser solder paste soldering system is equipped with temperature feedback function, which not only controls the temperature of soldering, but also monitors the temperature of the soldering area;
4.The visual monitoring system uses images to automatically detect the soldering situation of the product;
5.Laser solder paste soldering is a kind of non-contact soldering, which does not generate stress or static electricity like the iron contact soldering. Therefore, the effect of laser soldering is greatly improved compared to traditional iron soldering;
6.Laser solder paste soldering only locally heats the solder joint pads, and has little thermal impact on the solder board and component body;
